1. Order Processing

All orders placed through www.purelifeactive.com are processed and shipped by our logistics partner BigBuy, based in the European Union. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Outside Europe: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and local customs)

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

BigBuy collaborates with trusted courier services including UPS, DHL, SEUR, and local postal services, depending on your country and delivery method chosen at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or volume of your order. In some cases, promotional free shipping may apply.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or charges due to customs processing.

6. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries
