Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted European suppliers, and all orders are shipped directly from their warehouses within the EU.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship across Europe. Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or VAT depending on local regulations.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Europe usually arrive within2–5 business days, depending on the destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship mainly with UPS, but depending on the product and destination, other reliable carriers may be used.

Are your products original and authentic?

Yes. All our products are 100% authentic branded items, sourced from verified distributors and suppliers.

Can I return my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Do you restock sold-out items?

We try our best to restock popular items. If something is sold out, feel free to email us and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back.

Can I order multiple items and ship them to different addresses?

Unfortunately, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you’d like to send products to multiple recipients, please place separate orders.

At the moment, Pure Life Active is an online-only brand. However, we are always exploring opportunities to expand.

Can I preorder items that are not yet in stock?

Currently, we do not offer preorders. All items listed on the site are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
