At Pure Life Active, we understand how important it is to stay informed about your order status. That’s why we provide full transparency and real-time tracking for every shipment.

As soon as your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be generated and automatically sent to you via email, once it's available.

We work with multiple logistics partners to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Depending on the availability and location of the warehouse, your package may be shipped using one of the following carriers, this includes but are not limited to:

Each of these carriers uses their own unique tracking format. When your order is shipped, you will receive a direct link to the official tracking page so you can follow your package in real time.

Standard Shipment Orders

Some items are shipped using a method called Standard Shipment. This applies to products stored in secondary warehouses, where orders are fulfilled continuously to ensure faster dispatch.

In these cases, your package will be handed over to the first available carrier based on speed and route efficiency. As a result, the exact shipping company is not known in advance. Rest assured, once the order is shipped, you will still receive a valid tracking number and link to track your delivery.

Products sent via Standard Shipment are fully trackable and delivered with the same level of reliability and security as all other shipments.

How to Track

Once your tracking number is available, simply:

Click the link in your confirmation email.

If the carrier is SEUR or another regional courier, your tracking may be listed under "Other National Carrier" – in that case, visit the carrier’s website manually and enter your tracking number.

Delivery Issues or Delays?

We continuously monitor shipments for any delivery incidents. If something unusual happens during transit, we will contact you – but we also recommend that you check your tracking status regularly.
