Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders within the EU are delivered: 3–7 business days. International (outside EU): 7–14 business days. Note: customs fees may apply. 

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your package in real-time.

Where do you ship to?
Worldwide! EU shipments are duty-free. Outside the EU, customs duties or taxes may apply.

Payment & Prices

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and more.

Why do some product prices differ?
Prices are based on supplier updates. If you notice a price error, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How can I start a return?
Contact our support team via email with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

How do I create an account?
Click on 👤in the menu and select “Create Account.” You’ll then be able to track orders and manage preferences.

I forgot my password – what now?
Go to My Pure Space → “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset it.

Why should I create an account?
It speeds up checkout, stores shipping info for next time, and enables access to order history and special perks.
